Sarah Teel formed MSL investments in May of 2007 with a focus on direct client services, providing investment sales services, due diligence coordination and asset management.

In September of 2007 Ms. Teel added Property Management to the list of provided services, understanding the need of her clients and the direct positive impact that service can make to an investment.

Prior to that, Ms. Teel was with the United Commercial Realty (UCR) San Antonio from September 2000 until May of 2007. Ms. Teel was hired as the vice president of operations and handled brokerage production tracking involved in the administration of all legal documents including listing agreements, sales contracts and commission agreements. She was responsible for helping maintain and advance the UCR research division. After two years of proving her skills as vice president of operations, Ms. Teel was tasked with creating a management division for UCR. Within two years the newly formed property management company, United Commercial Realty Management (UCRM) had over 1.7 million square feet of managed property with a team of 14 employees. 

As the director of property management for (UCRM), Ms. Teel oversaw the asset property management division and all assets assigned including the physical and financial aspects. Ms. Teel worked closely with investors and was involved in the due diligence process of collaborating collateral materials for sales. Ms. Teel focused on clients who are primarily local and institutional owners who are interested in the management of their properties as a physical and investment asset. It was her vision to take the management services closer to asset management to enhance the return to her investors.

In 2003 Ms. Teel was made a partner at UCR and retains an ownership interest in UCRM.

In September of 2004, Ms. Teel was made an investment broker with UCR. She worked directly with the investment services team as a broker providing purchase and sales services to her expanding client base.  Ms. Teel is unlimited in her ability to represent both buyers and sellers in a transaction. Her experience with property detail brings an added level of thoroughness to the service she provides.

Ms. Teel brings 19 years of experience in Asset and Property Management Acquisition and Disposition, and Investment Sales of commercial properties.

Ms. Teel uses her expertise by actively participating on various boards and committees. She is a member of CCIM, a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a member of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab Class of 2001 and served as a Board Member for the Leadership Alumni board. She is a volunteer for multiple charitable organizations.  Ms. Teel also served for six years on the Sarah Fisher and St. Vincent De Paul for Wayward Children organization in Farmington, Michigan.

In Ms. Teel’s spare time, she enjoys golf, “how to projects” and spending time with her husband and three small daughters.

Ms. Teel earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 1988.
