The focus of MSL Investments Asset Management services is to work with our clients to develop and execute real estate strategies designed to achieve specific occupancy and management objectives.  The implementation of these strategies, along with support of our client’s existing in-house real estate functions will result in maximizing our client’s asset values.  Asset management services include:

• Monthly review of the Property Management Reports provided by the third party --management company. • Analysis of quarterly income and expense to budget positions, including forecasted income --increases and expense controls. • Market comparisons. • Review of the project investment performance on both an individual and portfolio basis --with summary reporting tailored to the client's requirements. • Individual investor distributions. • Distribution tracking for accounting purposes. • Coordination with owner and property management company of the necessary --documentation for K-1 preparation.
